
After 13 years in business chef/owner and Argentine native Ismael Alba recently launched an exciting new brunch offering guests a taste of Buenos Aires with traditional dishes for example Argentine Parrilla, Chorizo, Choripan, Empanadas, Panqueques de Dulce De Leche, Mate Cocido and much more.
The concept at Buenos Aires Restaurant finds inspiration from traditional Argentine cuisine and is dedicated to serving the very best quality USDA prime grilled meats and dishes that Argentina is known for using organic and local produce. Owner Ismael Alba, who has cooked for Pope Francis, Meryl Streep, Al Pacino, James Gandolfini and many more notable names, includes a passion for Argentina that you can see just as you walk through the door.
The look here is rustic, cozy and eclectic, aimed to make guests feel right at home. The restaurant is warmly lit featuring exposed brick walls decorated with black and white travel photos of the town of Buenos Aires. Classic dark wood chairs and tables are located within the dining area along with a native cowhide seating area behind. Traditional Argentine music transports guests for this historic South American city.
Brunch is $35 per person includes two courses (main course + dessert), two brunch cocktails (Sangria, Mimosa, Bloody Mary or Cerveza) and occasional, tea or Argentine Mate Cocida. Prices are $25pp without alcohol. Available Saturday & Sunday Noon-4pm. Plato Principas options (main courses) incorporate a choice of Entrana Salteada con Huevos (Sauteed Skirt Steak with organic eggs), House made Chorizo Criollo, and Milanesa de Ternera Prime (Breaded Prime Veal) simply to name a few.
