Created using top-shelf liquors and seasonal, ingredients, each cocktail pairs perfectly with the venue's live soundtrack, amazing company, an upscale atmosphere, and delicious bites, including charcuterie, cheese, and meze platters, gourmet olives, and fresh ceviches. Even better, In accessory for The Den's standard cocktail menu, guests will be able to benefit from the below monthly offerings:

March: Strawberry Fields Forever – Inspired through the Beatles, March brings sweet melodies of strawberry, Absolut Elyx, and lemon, all topped served by egg whites and also the sweet, licorice aroma of tarragon.

April: Hymn for that Weekend – Made with St. Germain, gin, champagne, and fresh grapefruit peels which have been torched to extract bitter citrus notes to pair using the juniper flavors in the gin. It isn't too strong, much less sweet, and topped served by a little bit of bubbly and elderflower – the perfect hymn for that weekend.

May: No Rest for the Wicked – A wicked twist on the classic mint julep, Markers Mark 46 is put into the classic cocktail and complemented by the tart and earthy undertones of fresh muddled blackberries and sage. Bold and complex, but without the bitterness usual for longer-aged whiskeys, this is a cocktail created for the daredevils and wild-hearts of life.

June: Heart within the CloudsWhile a conventional Aperol Spritz is made from Prosecco, Aperol, and soda water, Bodoy's take puts a New York twist on Italy's most widely used summer apéritif. Replacing prosecco with rosé champagne and finished with orange rose water, rosemary, and apple, it's a perfectly sweet and citrus flavor that compliments the fruity bubbles and slightly bitter Aperol. It's vibrant, light, and refreshing fizz creates a perfect summer melody.
