In celebration from the longest day's the year, Eataly NYC Downtown's hosting a Sips of Summer party from 6pm to 8pm. The two-hour unlimited tasting event will include chilled bubbles, rosé, and seasonal Eatalian cocktails and bites for example rose sorbetto, crostini with avocado mousse and salmon, focaccia with ricotta and fig, Aperol watermelon spritzes, Montenegro mules, and more.
