SIMO PIZZA OPENS In the western world VILLAGE – A SLICE OF NAPOLI

Simo Pizza

SIM`O Pizza just opened their first location in theMeatpacking District in New York City at90-92 Gansevoort Street. The fast-casual pizzeria brings New Yorkers to Napoli in 90 seconds. Inspired by tradition and his current restaurant Rossopomodoro, Simone Falco has channeled his roots and hometown of Napoli to create the SIM`O Pizza concept.

SIM`O Pizza follows an untraditional QSR model. Patrons will order and pay in the counter at this cashless establishment. They will then be given a number (labeled on the pepper mill filled with red chili flakes) to use their table, they will seat themselves, and will go to receive full table service. The SIM`O Pizza menu will feature six pizzas, including vegetarian and vegan options, and three salads. Each personalized size pizza will be costing $10 or under, without compromising the dimensions or excellence of the pie. All dishes at SIM`O Pizza is going to be created using Italian ingredients. The drink menu will include one white wine, one red wine, one prosecco, one beer option by the glass and Italian sodas.

The restaurant, located at the bottom of TF Cornerstone’s residential building 95 Horatio, has a modern design with clean lines, communal marble tables and wood and green tile accents. The inside is approachable and comfortable, but still evokes the feeling of the traditional Neapolitan destination. SIM`O Pizza will be open 11 AM – 11 PM daily and will be available for delivery only on Caviar.
