Traveling alone can be terrifying, exciting, and may result in the best experiences you'll ever have! I simply arrived in America after residing in Florence, Italy for 4 months and that i can tell you at this time it had been among the best things That i have ever done. If you have never traveled abroad before, much less alone, it's really a little bit scary. I promise when you are to your destination and begin discovering not just the world but yourself, you won't ever wish to leave.
1. Prague, Czech Republic
Prague is among the best places to visit alone since there are a lot of things to do and things are pretty cheap! One of many things to do here is going to a jazz club during the night. The beer in Prague is actually cheaper than water! You certainly have to browse the John Lennon wall while you're here; it's ideal for lots of Instagram pictures.
2. Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona is super easy to navigate and many people speak English. While walking the streets, you'll pass lots of little boutiques along with a ton of fresh and authentic food. Remember the pretty mosaic wall used in the Cheetah Girls 2 movie? Yeah, that really is in Barcelona and it's so well worth the view at the top.
3. London, England
Hands down my favorite place I've ever visited. The underground tube train system is easy to use and goes everywhere you can actually want to go. The shopping opportunities listed here are endless. Shoreditch is among the the best places to find everything vintage.
4. Florence, Italy
A large city having a small feel. You may never get lost since the duomo is almost forever in view; if you're able to discover that, you'll be able to always find your way. When you are done in Florence you can take a short train ride to both Rome and Venice!
5. Dublin, Ireland
This city has everything from historic sites to great nightlife; not to mention the cool accents and cheap beer. Make sure to have a bus tour to go begin to see the Cliffs of Moher.
6. Nashville, Tennessee
This is the perfect city to catch some concert events in one of the most major cities within the music business. After the show be sure to indulge in some yummy and fattening southern food.
7. Chicago, Illinois
Chicago is among the best cities in the world and has something for everybody. Go see an active comedy show in the Second City (where Kristen Wiig got her start). Don't be afraid to be a tourist and visit The Bean (aka Cloud Gate) in Millennium Park.
8. Boracay, Philippines
Named one of the happiest places in the world, this is the perfect spot to take a few days to unwind under the sun. Visiting the Philippines is the best chance to make new friends with the friendly locals.
9. Maui, Hawaii
If the Philippines is simply too far away, try going to Maui! Maui is also a good way to have some days basking in the sunlight with a decent book. Rent a bicycle and ride around ensuring to stop at the cool waterfalls.
10. Santa Monica, California
The epitome of health. Every corner you switch there's a healthy restaurant or a farmers market. While you are in California, make sure to check out Venice beach for the cool edgy vibes and street performers.
Traveling alone is a fantastic way to get in touch on your own and evaluate which you want in everyday life. It opens you up to so many new experiences which you may never get if you don't take the risk of traveling. Price is, obviously, an issue too but traveling needn't be expensive! Hostels and couch-surfing sites will always be relatively cheap and cooking your personal food when you are able help you reduce the price of food. So what are you awaiting?!
