You are limited to one entry per person per day per Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program membership account number no matter approach to entry – and you may enter this sweepstakes two ways.

You will automatically receive one entry into the sweepstakes for each car rental completed throughout the sweepstakes period beneath your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program membership account number. Each qualifying vehicle rental throughout the sweepstakes period is eligible for one entry in to the sweepstakes – regardless of the amount of the rental period. All rentals must be acquired by Monday, December 31, 2020 and returned by Sunday, January 7, 2020 to be considered a qualifying vehicle rental. In the big event of an overlapping vehicle rental under a single Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program account, just one from the overlapping vehicle rentals will count being an entry in to the sweepstakes. Prizes

The total approximate retail value of all the prizes is $117,733.00, with 1,101 winners in total.

The winner of the grand prize may have 1,000,000 points credited to his or her Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership account; and $10,000.00 awarded as a check which can be accustomed to help offset any income tax liability around the grand prize. The approximate retail worth of this prize is $61,300.00.

First prize will be awarded to 100 winners who'll have 2,750 points credited for their Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership accounts – enough for a weekly car rental. The approximate retail value of each prize is $141.08.

Second prize is going to be awarded to 500 winners who will have 1,100 points credited to their Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership accounts – enough for any weekend rental car. The approximate retail worth of each prize is $56.43.

Third prize is going to be awarded to 500 winners who will have 550 points credited to their Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership accounts – enough for renting a car for just one day. The approximate retail value of each prize is $28.22.

No purchase or payment is required or necessary to enter, play, win or claim a prize; and a purchase or payment will not increase your odds or chances of winning.

You must be a legitimate resident from the 50 Netherlands and also the District of Columbia who is at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry who's a member of the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards frequent renter loyalty program. You may join the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards frequent renter loyalty program at cost-free if you are not already an associate.

This contest is void in Puerto Rico and otherwise where prohibited or restricted by law.

Hertz Gold Plus Rewards points awarded in this sweepstakes will not count toward advanced status qualification or accrual of elite loyalty status of the account from the member of Gold Plus Rewards.

The credited points may thereafter be redeemed in any manner consistent with the terms and conditions from the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards frequent renter loyalty program, that are susceptible to change at any time without warning. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be made except as provided herein at the sole discretion of the sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
